We're delighted to share that Melissa Browne. CUBO Chair Elect and Deputy Director Commercial Services and Estates, University of Kent has won Gold at the 2024 Women-Space Leadership Awards.
Melissa was among eight women acknowledged and recognised by the Staff Development Forum as individuals who give outstanding leadership of women, and promote gender equality in professional and academic positions.
The award aims to encourage more women to embody their own leadership styles, increase awareness of the capabilities and successes of women leaders, and raise awareness of women’s own power.
