Mentoring
Take your career to the next level with our mentoring scheme
The CUBO Mentoring Scheme helps members to develop skills and competences to grow and advance their careers. We match mentees with a suitable mentor from within the CUBO membership who will support and challenge them to achieve their goals and objectives.
The overarching aims of the CUBO Mentoring Scheme are to:
support the career development of professionals working in commercial and campus services
enhance commercial and campus leadership potential and capability for the HE sector
share best practice and encouraging new ways of thinking and working
help mentors and mentees to extend and enrich their networks and partnerships
This free service for members is part of our Learning and Development programme. Matched mentoring pairs commit to a period of 9-12 months. Find out more below.
