Last year when I attended the winter conference, I was at the start of my journey with my team at the University of Kent creating a Sport and a Catering Strategy - my brain was overflowing with ideas but no direction!
Spending time with my fellow CUBO members and corporate partners helped me to debate, challenge and learn from others in those two areas - there was so much experience in the room!
Members shared their strategies with me, words of encouragement, wisdom and also shared their mistakes - what they would have done differently…. a year later my team and I have developed and delivered the two strategies.
