The exhibition takes place in Hunter Halls where all lunches and refreshments for delegates are served. There are eight hours of dedicated exhibition and networking time plus two evening networking events - an informal social night and the CUBO Awards Dinner. Exhibitors are also welcome to attend all conference sessions alongside university delegates.

Small business packages are also available for businesses with fewer than eight staff: a table for one person with space for a pop-up stand.
