Can't make it on the day? Amazon Key has just published the full report behind the roundtable. They surveyed 100 accommodation, estates and campus services professionals at UK universities to understand what really happens when parcels arrive on campus. Among the findings, teams spend 11.5 hours a week on parcel tasks, and 93% spend five hours or more. 78% say drivers struggle to find the right building. Not one team said package dumping never happens.
