We're delighted to welcome Jamel Lee, Director of Residential & Commercial Services at the University of London, to the CUBO Executive Committee as our new EDI Lead.
Jamel brings more than 15 years' experience across the student accommodation and higher education sectors. Having held a variety of operational and leadership roles throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in delivering services that support student experience, wellbeing and community.
In his current role at the University of London, Jamel leads both residential and commercial services, bringing together responsibility for student accommodation alongside wider commercial operations. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Property Week's Student Accommodation Conference and Awards.
As EDI Lead, Jamel will help support CUBO's ongoing commitment to ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion remain central to the organisation's work and the experiences of its members.
